Hello Challenger family! 

  My name is Kaylie Fogleman and I am a first year teacher! The past three years, I have worked at Challeneger as an inclusion aide and the Leveled Literacy Interventionist and have worn many other hats as a paraprofessional that have given me the opportunity to know many of our Eagles!

  I do not have any children of my own yet, but my fiance Landon and I are proud dog parents to our 6 year old half Dauchsund half Miniature Shnauzer Thormann. We have been together for four years and will be getting married on our five-year anniversary in June of 2023! I have been Landon's sister's best friend for over 10 years now and am so happy to gain my best friend as a sister on top of marrying my biggest crush ever!

  In my free time, I love to be outdoors, spend time with my friends and family and if the weather is gray and gloomy, I love to snuggle my Thormie and read or binge watch a show while sipping on some tea! I am always taking show and movie recommendations, so if you have any good ones, send them my way! :)

  Aside from being at Challenger, I have worked in a charter school and daycare and nannied for many families that have fostered my love for working with children. I believe all children deserve a teacher who will help them flourish to be the best that they can in every way, as well as someone who believes in them and will teach them to persevere when life gets hard.

  I can promise you that I will always have my students' best interests at heart and I cannot wait to partner with you over the next school year to help our Eagles soar! I value relationships and strongly feel that students will succeed the most when their parents or guardians are comfortable collaborating with their teachers.  Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns you have as the year progresses and I will be keeping in touch as well.
