Welcome everyone! My name is Elizabeth Cluff, and I have the honor of teaching English II this school year. 

I was born in Houston and graduated from South Houston High School in 2001.Because I genuinely had no idea of what I wanted to do upon graduation, I joined the work force. I worked in a car shop and as a waitress for a few years until I finally decided to pursue a degree in higher education.
 I moved to Mississippi where I attended college, and I immediately began working as an English teacher upon graduating with my bachelor's degree. While teaching, I decided to return to school once more in pursuit of a Master's degree in English. 

I have only recently moved back to Houston, and I will start my 15th year of teaching this school year. I love spending time with my family and boyfriend as well as exploring new places. I am looking forward to this new chapter at Pearland High School, and I cannot wait to see what the 2022-2023 school year will bring.
