Pearland ISD is dedicated to providing a free, appropriate public education to all children with disabilities (ages 3-21) who live in Pearland ISD.
The Special Programs staff is committed to providing support, services and accommodations to students in the least restrictive environment. This mission is accomplished through the collaboration of parent, school personnel and community members.
The Pearland ISD Special Programs Department believes:

March 21, 2019 - Virgil Gant Education Support Center
Alvin ISD, Friendswood ISD, and Pearland ISD are co-hosting a Transition Resource Night to help families connect with current and beyond high school opportunities in our community.
Date: Thursday, March 21, 2019 from 6:30-8:00 p.m.
Location: Virgil Gant Education Support Center (ESC), 1928 N. Main, Pearland, TX 77581
Parents and students will hear a brief 1-2 minute overview from over 20 federal and local organizations including community college Office of Disabilities, Texas Workforce, residential support, and adult networks. Following the presentations, families will be able to visit with individual organizations that are of particular interest.
