All Three Pearland ISD High Schools Advance to Academic Decathlon State Competition

Following first and second place wins at the Academic Decathlon Regionals Competition, all three Pearland ISD high schools will advance to state in San Antonio.

Pearland High School won first place in the large school division with first place overall individual finishes in each student division. Dawson High School, returning after a significant hiatus, won second place in the large school division. Turner High School won first place in the medium school division with first place overall individual finishes in each student division.
