Join us Thursday, July 24, 12 -7 p.m. for Pearland ISD's Family Enrollment Support at the ESC (1928 N Main St, Pearland, TX 77581) and get the help you need to make your enrollment process easier! The following support will be available:

- Residency Affidavit - New & Returning
- Guardianship Process
- Free & Reduced Meal Applications
- McKinney Vento Act Information
- Community Health Network
- Emergent Bilingual Student Identification Testing Information
- Food Service Support
- Notary Onsite
- Interpreters Available
Laptops will be available to assist with the process, but will not be distributed on that day.
Please bring all required document copies with you, printing onsite will cause delays.
Vaccinations Available:
Community Health Network will be participating in Pearland ISD's Enrollment Night on Thursday, July 24, 12 - 7 p.m. They will have a representative there to share information on their services. They will also have a provider available to administer vaccines.
All students that require school vaccinations for enrollment may participate. Families will be asked to provide insurance information during the registration process. Students without insurance may also participate in this event. School required vaccines are covered under most insurance plans. Parents will need to inquire with their own insurance plan for coverage.

Habrá computadoras disponibles para uso durante el proceso, pero no se entregarán ese día.
Por favor, traiga copias de todos los documentos requeridos, ya que imprimir en el lugar causará retrasos.
Vacunas Disponibles:
Community Health Network participará en la Noche de Inscripción de Pearland ISD el jueves 24 de julio, de 12:00 p.m. a 7:00 p.m. Tendrán un representante presente para compartir información sobre sus servicios. También habrá un proveedor disponible para administrar vacunas.
Todos los estudiantes que requiere vacunas escolares para inscribirse pueden participar. Se les pedirá a las familias que proporcionen información del seguro durante el proceso de registro. Los estudiantes sin seguro también pueden participar en este evento. Las vacunas requeridas por la escuela están cubiertas por la mayoría de los planes de seguro. Los padres deberán consultar con su propio plan de seguro sobre la cobertura.
