Pearland Independent School District’s 2025 Rodeo Art Exhibit will be showcasing Western-themed artwork created by students in grades K-12. The exhibit will be held on Thursday, January 23 from 4:30 p.m.-7 p.m. at the Virgil Gant Education Support Center, 1928 N. Main

January is National Mentoring Month and Pearland ISD is celebrating the annual campaign by inviting community members to become a RISE mentor and make a positive, lasting impact in the life of students.

The Texas Association of School Boards (TASB) Board of Directors has elected Pearland Independent School District Board President, Crystal Carbone, to an interim position on the TASB Board, representing TASB Region 4, Position C.

Pearland Independent School District named Jamison Middle School’s Amanda Gordon and Dawson High School’s Erin Hamann as the Elementary and Secondary Principals of the Year.
Principals Gordon and Hamann are dedicated administrators who have made a profound impact on the lives of their students, teachers and communities.
