    Pearland Independent School District proudly announces its 2019-20 district elementary and secondary teacher of the year winners as well as the Glenda Dawson first-year teachers of the year, recognized for being outstanding educators and for inspiring students, respecting colleagues and for serving our community.

  • Graduation Ceremony Update

    As we shared last week, upon receiving guidance last Wednesday, May 6, from Governor Abbott and the Texas Education Agency (TEA), Pearland ISD campus and district administrators have been working diligently to develop plans for in-person graduation ceremonies. Through our planning, we are strictly following the guidance and parameters from TEA for an outdoor graduation ceremony.

  • Class of 2020 Graduation Update

    It has always been our desire to have an in-person graduation to honor our students this year.
    With the recent guidance from the Texas Education Agency and Governor Abbott, Pearland ISD will be able to hold an outdoor graduation ceremony at Pearland ISD Stadium (3775 S. Main St., Pearland, TX).

  • At Home, Online Proctored Exams Now Available for CBE for grades 3-12.

    Please continue to watch this website for guidance on the summer CBE and Exam for acceleration testing windows. Pearland ISD is currently waiting for state health guidelines for students reentering the building during Covid-19. We are unable to schedule in person Credit by Examinations at this time.

  • (5/1/2020) District Property Drop-Off and Personal Item Pick-Up Process

    The district developed a plan for collecting district property (textbooks, library books, athletic items, fine arts items, etc.), as well as for parents/students to retrieve any personal items left at the campus. Additional follow-up communication and details will be sent out by our school's principals.
