  • Pearland ISD to Offer One-Stop-Shop Auxiliary Job Fair

    Tour, apply, interview! Pearland Independent School District will offer a one-stop-shop job fair for those interested in positions with Food Services, Transportation and/or Maintenance and Operations. On Saturday, June 11, from 8 a.m.-12 p.m., at Pearland High School (3775 South Main St. on the Bullard side), candidates are welcome to meet and greet with hiring teams.

    Dawson High School senior Rishabh Dave recently achieved perfection on the American College Test (ACT) with a score of 36. Fewer than half of 1% of students who take the ACT earn a top score.

    The Pearland Independent School District Board recently approved three outstanding administrators to serve as principals at Carleston, Cockrell and Silvercrest elementaries. Combined, the new principals have nearly 50 years of experience in education.

  • Pearadox receives FIRST Robotics World Championship Judges Award

    Pearland Independent School District’s robotics team, Pearadox, recently competed at the FIRST Robotics World Championship against 440 teams. Representing Turner College and Career, Dawson and Pearland high schools, the team received the Judges Award for their service to underrepresented communities and finished 55th in their division.
