Pearland Independent School District’s Debbie Tatuaca was recently recognized with the Outstanding Hispanic Teacher Award, presented by the Brazoria County Chamber of Commerce.
With more than 22 years in education, Tatuaca currently serves as a Language Proficiency Assessment Committee (LPAC) Facilitator. Nominated by her previous principal, she is described as passionate, energetic, leader, humble and selfless.
