PHS’s Pearland Theatre presents “The Twelve Huntsmen”

Twelve Huntsmen        Pearland High School’s Pearland Theatre proudly presents “The Twelve Huntsmen”, a production based on the book by Briandaniel Oglesby.

A magical tale filled with humor and heart, “The Twelve Huntsmen” tells the story of Cesario and a band of eleven women who have disguised themselves as Huntsmen. The women tell stories inspired by food; some are dark, some comic, some strange, some new and some familiar.

Cesario and her band of Huntsmen work for the Prince and they have successfully convinced him they are men. The story gets complicated when Cesario falls in love with the Prince, although they cannot be together.

The safety and wellbeing of the students involved in the production, as well as of the staff and the audience, are a priority for Pearland ISD. In compliance with UIL rules, safety protocols are being enforced, including, but not limited to, mandatory mask-wearing at all times for audience and students (including during performance), daily self-screening of students and staff, hand sanitizing stations available throughout the campus and social distancing within the constraints presented by the facility and the functions during rehearsal.        PHS’s production of “The Twelve Huntsmen” can be seen in the PHS auditorium (3775 South Main) on Jan. 28 and 29 at 7 p.m. and Jan. 30 at 1 p.m.

Ticket availability will be limited due to social distancing being enforced. Tickets are available online only and may be purchased at www.pearlandisd.org/Page/184.
